1. mechanical and electrical equipment must be well grounded.

2. non professional personnel shall not open the electric box without authorization, otherwise personal injury may be caused. The mechanical and electrical must be repaired by professional electrical maintenance personnel. During maintenance, the machine shall be in the power-off state, and all operating devices shall be closed. For example, the pneumatic and hydraulic devices should not be opened when you are not careful (and the yellow warning sign "do not touch the switch during maintenance" should be attached). When opening the electric box, first check whether the power supply has been cut off. If it is necessary to carry out live maintenance, take corresponding safety protection measures to avoid the risk of electric shock.

3. when adjusting the fuse of each fuse, its current value shall be the same as the original, and shall not be increased arbitrarily.

4. the protective covers installed on the machinery shall be intact during mechanical operation and shall not be removed arbitrarily.

5. when the machine knife belt is running, no one shall stand 300mm in front of the knife edge to avoid accidents.

6. when the workbench is moving, no one is allowed to stand on it, so as to avoid non parallelism of the platform, resulting in inaccurate cutting and personal accidents.

7. during the running process, the belt, chain, knife belt, etc. shall not be approached by hands or other foreign matters to avoid personal injury and other accidents.

8. if the machine breaks down, it should be repaired by a skilled repairman
