3. the rotating parts of the cutter head shall be inspected regularly and irregularly, and the vulnerable parts shall be monitored in real time and replaced regularly.

4. the technical level and work quality of operators shall be properly trained to improve them. For the operation of CNC sponge cutting machine, special personnel shall be assigned and the machine shall not be operated without training.
